About Union Church

As a United Methodist congregation, we emphasize God's grace, forgiveness, and spiritual transformation.

Currently we worship through one traditional style service each Sunday morning, from 10:30 to 11:30.  Our plans are to soon add another worship service which will be a contemporary style of worship.  Please continue to check back for the time and place for that service.

Sunday School for children from ages 3 years through six grade is being operated as a one room school, but plans are being created to add additional classes which will offer individual grade levels with developmental appropriate curriculum.  Sunday School meets from 9:00 to 10:15.

We offer a class for youth from grades 7 through 12 is already in existence.

Children’s church is available during the worship service and plans are being developed for child care for younger children.

We invite you to visit Union and to become a part of an exciting, growing, and spiritually focused church community!

UUMC Installs Assistive Listening System!

ST300 SR50

Many hearing impaired persons use hearing aids effectively in most situations, but hearing aids may be inadequate in classrooms, meetings, theatres, places of worship, or any other places where a large number of people gather. Hearing aids magnify all sounds; the voice of the speaker, teacher, or performer must compete with all the background noises, echo, and, distance factor.
Assistive listening devices provide hard of hearing individuals with clear sound over long distances, or amidst distracting background noise, echoes, and poor acoustics. Union’s assistive listening system transmits sound as directly as possible to the listener utilizing wireless FM radio transmitters.

Waist Watchers

Waist Watchers, meeting Tuesdays at 10:00 a.m.  Bring your Bible, notepad and pencil.  Wear walking shoes if you would like to participate in an optional walk following meetings.  The group will meet in the double classroom.  There is no fee and the group is open to everyone (male/ female, young/ old, members/ non-members, etc.)  Waist Watchers will meet rain or shine.  Weigh in before or after the meetings is optional.

Blood pressure screening

Blood pressure screening will be offered following service the 2nd Sunday of every month.
